One of our workhorses at our shop is a Multicam 1200x1200mm CNC Machine which allows us to cut complex geometry, HD engraving and cutting perfectly precise shapes. It's a key element in our designing and manufacturing process.

As a service to our customers and fellow local craftsmen, we outsource our CNC-machining capabilities.

Our tool arsenal allows us to cut through and engrave all timbers, plastics and soft metals such brass, copper and aluminium. We also offer the possibility to flatten live-edge timber slabs.

DESIGN & 3d MODELING
Planning and design is the cornerstone of every project. It allows us and the customer to visualise the final piece in a 3d environment from concept to production. There is no better maker/customer communication than an adequate model.

On the manufacturing side, models provide you with a perfect 2D plan and cut list. This allows for minimal waste and mindful use of materials.
If you know what you're after and are in need of digital visualisation of your idea, we can help you design it from scratch to finish. Our designs will give you a 3d model, a 2d plan (top-front-side) and a cut list (if applicable).
We use the cloud based Autodesk Fusion 360 which allows online collaboration and file-sharing.
